His parents loved him, that much he knew...but the question was could they accept him dating a guy let alone a Muggle? Those were two very hard things to accept for them.

"You do...but I need to talk to them first. They don't know any of this. All they know is I've made new friends... and never went into detail. It's going to be hard for them to accept that I'm friends with Muggles let alone dating one. Then the other factor they have to swallow is that I'm dating a guy. I need to see how they're going to react before I bring you with me. I'll admit I'm really nervous of bringing this up to them..."
