You know what hadn't been fun at all? Convincing Tonks about all of this. Whispering fiercely as to not wake up their son, they had finally had to put a spell on the room when Tonks kept getting louder about the whole thing. Which had resulted in a lot more shouting as Remus tried to explain himself. They could both be fairly passionate people when they wanted to be. However, a deal had been struck between them, though Tonks still hadn't looked entirely convinced when Remus left, not having slept a wink.
