Draco rolled his eyes, but said nothing. Mainly because Goyle only repeated what he said earlier and didn't answer the question. At this point it didn't matter. His family probably lied to get out of going to prison. "Why does it matter? Go and celebrate. What I do in my time doesn't concern the three of you anymore." He tried to speak in a calm tone although there was a slight defensive edge to it.

What he didn't need was for them to know who Jake was and then to try and target him later on. He only hoped that Jake would understand. It was bad enough he was going to have to explain more afterward.
