"I dunno they're just... odd. There's this one who I swear whenever I see them around just dress weird." He thought about how to try and explain it. "I don't know. Maybe they're low income. Dress like they're from a rummage shop or something. Not that I'm laying down against anyone without a lot of money but I dunno, they seem like nutters. They always seem kind of happy so who can fault them."
