He gave a nod and quickly turned the stove down and reached for the indicated bottle. Once he was sure the food wasn't going to burn, he made the tea the way Remus directed with the potion added.

He handed it over to Remus and went back to focus on the frying pan. He didn't bother with any conversation wanting to give Remus some time to get himself together and wake up.

It also gave him time as well. Old nightmares had been the reason why he had woken up so early. He wasn't sure what was bringing them back...possibly all the changes that were happening. It had been an overwhelming week.

Once breakfast was ready, he filled two plates and brought them to the table and joined Remus. This time he managed to not burn anything thanks for Remus's quick pointer.
