Draco found himself placing a hand over Jake's shoulder. "We're both here for a new beginning." He spoke in a soft voice as he attempted to reassure Jake.

He felt bad that Jake and his parents weren't close. He supposed that he was lucky in that sense. He's not sure what he wouls have done without them.
