Draco found the concept a little harder to grasp. The money felt so foreign to him. Perhaps the fact he was raised to be ignorant to Muggles and their lifestyle--it made it harder for him to understand.

Eventually, he began to grasp how much each bill was worth and how it was handled. This took a lot of concentration from him as he was doing his best to understand and not make mistakes. Only he made quite a few in the process.
