No. This was not adding up. Norn? What on earth was a norn? It almost sounded like Vrenille was speaking about animagus, and he knew that down in Africa they were far, far more prevalent than up here but Vrenille's accent sounded nothing of the sort. He spoke English, however accented, and even amongst the Muggles werewolves were a thing. But even more so that whether Wizard or Muggle, werewolves were seen as terrifying things. Even without that, this man had nearly died to one! How could he be so... so calm about it?!

I still think the Ministry would be the simple solution, but there are other methods depending on how criminal it would be to get you back there." Given the restrictions on travel from some locations, in particular he thought of Japan and China though Vrenille seemed neither of these things, it very well could be criminal to get him back there.

Dumbledore would certainly know a way they could get around, if it had to come to that. It wasn't as if he had many places to turn that weren't through the Ministry. Some of the other aurors, perhaps?
